What does "3+23" or "3+35" mean??? Well, the "3" (or the "1") indicates the INITIAL payment, usually by cheque, before the car is delivered, as a multiple of the monthly rental. The "23", (or the "17", "11" or "35") shows the number of DIRECT DEBIT payments.
There may occasionally be a finance DOCUMENT FEE. I hate these and try to avoid them, but some finance companies insist, so I declare it now.
You insure, fuel and service, wash and vac and drive (and pay the rentals). Easy, eh?

Rentals include ALL road tax for the whole contract, delivery, collection, full warranty, plus 1-year AA/RAC (whatever the manufacturer gives).
Very occasionally 2nd or 3rd year road tax is not free. I indicate this clearly on the car detail pages.
