I always ask my customers if they have comments about getting their new car. Really, I am looking for criticisms (so I can improve my service). However, customers like Martin show that it is hard to generate real criticism. I can only improve if I know if anything is wrong. So, no thanks to Martin 🙂
Great service – Ling kept me well updated about progress of my Vauxhall Corsa SRi order and delivery. She even advised me to stay away from “Dog Cock Red”, which was sound advice (ooooops, Ling). Car is a minter, fast as f***! Thanks for a cracking new car buying experience.
