Editor Note: Russ, that's good, because I would shout at you if you did go somewhere else :) The Japanese thing, hmmm, yes, all Chinese people have this brainwashed into them at school - about the Japanese. As a nation, China will never forget the brutal Japanese. Who can trust them after what they did (and still will not apologise for)? Many people are still alive who suffered at the hands of the same companies and businesses who now own and make these cars. It is a legacy that should not be forgotten. Many Brits feel the same way, they suffered too. I agree, car is car, politics is politics, history is history, but... never forget what these people as a nation were capable of and they refuse to admit it, still! CarDear Ling, just to let you know that the E Class Mercedes 220 was delivered spot on time as usual. Both you and I had a bit of a tussle in obtaining this particular car but I'm pleased to say your perseverance paid off.

By way of comparison, I did in fact try to procure this car through several other leasing companies advertising on the web but all fell well short of your personal standards of professionalism and straight forward dealing. I think 'personal' is the key word here. I just wish I could get as much personal commitment from my Bank Manager, as that which you obviously commit to your clients.

This is the second Mercedes that I've leased via your Company and I'm pretty certain it won't be the last.

My local Royal Mail sorting office recognise and know exactly where to deliver them, there is no chance of them getting lost. Website is designed to make life much less boring than other car suppliers who would have you slashing your wrists with dreariness. Your son's car was delivered very fast, in the end. You wanted it quickly, you said he was moaning. So I arranged the fastest delivery, which involved driving it. The miles will be deducted (or added to) your contract.
