Customer Letter: 1410 / 1522
Ling's as mad as a box of frogs but gets the job done! This is the second time I have used her service and it was very smooth, always kept informed by her excellent LINGO online communication system and have recommended her service to my clients. Only negative is I didn't like some of the sweets she sent LOL! Excellent delivery of my new Citroen C5.
Editor Note: Kevan, I have never seen a box of frogs, but boiled in chilli oil or barbecued, frogs are very delicious animals. LINGsCARS was a pleasure to use - quick and prompt. All slightly wacky but made a mundane chore far more fun, and free sweets too!! Recommended. Delivery good but no info given re Peugeot 308 when delivered.
Editor Note: Hmmm, Justyn, I have kicked the supplier for the lazy delivery. They should always take time to go through the car - not to do so is bad. However, regarding the rest of the service, I am so glad you are happy and that you thought dealing with me a pleasure. Wacky is good :) (I think so anyway, it brightens up the day). "What a great pub, we were made to feel welcome from the moment we walked in the door. The food was excellent and at reasonable prices. We had been told about the landlady's sheep and encountered them when they came up to the conservatory and knocked on the window. We will definitely return!"

Have nothing bad to say whatsoever - the whole process was so easy. Was a bit nervous at first doing it all online, didn't actually speak to anyone but soon got over it! Any questions I had were answered in a matter of minutes. Have recommended Ling to everyone. Think you have a customer for life in me!! Delivery excellent: On time as described, can't ask for more!

Ling, we have had our C3 Picasso for a while now and really like it! The whole process was made very easy by yourself and also fun! I would recommend you to anyone looking for a new car. I wish some of my customers were as easy to deal with! Delivery was excellent, very prompt efficient and friendly.

Truly exceptional service. Beats all the other competitors in the market. Trust me when I say it is a ''personalised' service that Ling has set up! Response are near instant and a history of all communications is kept in one 'Lingo' page so you can always go back if you lose your way. Super dooper. Excellent delivery of my new M3 by the BMW dealer!
Editor Note: BMW UK, are you listening? BMW UK are being consistent bastards to me by trying to get me to stop supplying their new cars. They send a solicitor letter every week. However, I will not be brow-beaten. If BMW UK read this letter, they can see how my service is actually better than theirs, as they manage nowhere near the communication excellence and customer satisfaction I achieve. This was a BMW M3, a £50k car! That Adnan thought I beat every other competitor for service makes me very happy. All customers get the same treatment - the very best in the industry. Dealing with Ling was always a pleasure. I always knew exactly where in the process the deal was. The prices were very good, the website very informative and all communications very efficient and clear. The only disappointing aspect of LINGsCARS was the free lunch. Very professional delivery service, excellent!
Editor Note: Hahahaha! Hope you did not get too poisoned by the FUKU noodles and dried plum pudding. Always causes big adventures on the toilet :) Maybe I should supply free loo roll, too? Ling and her website are barking mad but don't be fooled. She is an astute business woman who always puts her customers first. Fantastic deal on the car and even though the car arrived with a slight problem- Ling kicked arse!! And sorted it. I have already recommended to several friends.
Problems with car on delivery but rectified promptly.
Editor Note: Yes Karen, there were blemishes under the paint (due to Ford factory). Also, the spare key did not work. I immediately got the supplying dealer to rectify. They said:
As explained in our telephone call, we will be dropping off a Fiesta loan car by transporter (between 9am and 1pm) and collecting your Fiesta to inspect and rectify the paint work issue.
The supplying dealer did this quickly and also mended the un-coded key. I went mental that a car was delivered in this condition, and the Ford dealer was very apologetic. Often the cars are delivered from PDI depots withut visiting the dealer and this may have been the case. But, it is never acceptable, so I detail this so that other customers can see how things always get put right, fast, if there is a problem.
So pleased that you were happy overall and that it didn't spoil your new car experience :) That you have recommended me, speaks loudly. Thanks so much, Karen. Good result (even though it should never have happened). - Ling

When I first discovered I was having a midlife crisis and therefore needed a Harley Davidson Fatboy, a quick search on Google brought LingsCars.com to the top of the page. As I'd seen the famous episode of Dragons Den, I knew that the experience would be 'different' from many other leasing companies I've used in the past.
Every step of the process was a pleasure and the superb 'Lingo' secure chat area was easy to use. I was always excited to get a new message or update and I never had to “do the chasing” as with all the others. All in all, Ling and her team were a pleasure to deal with and I cannot recommend them enough.
******* Harley Davidson were very helpful and did not let down the hard work of Ling, excellent delivery.

This is the first time I've used contract hire to get a car and I must say that the experience of using LingsCars has been excellent from start to finish. The communication has been superb throughout and by far the best for any product that I've purchased recently.
I think your Lingo system is great and really lets people feel a lot more in control of things. Other companies (not just those in the car leasing business) could learn a lot from this. I have already recommended LingsCars to friends and would have no hesitation in using you again. Good delivery, car arrived not quite agreed time, but otherwise great.
Editor Note: Dave, thanks so much :) As this was a VW Scirocco, it was subject to a small delay as the production was overbooked at the factory and VW struggled to cope, but... you have one of the best selling cars of 2009, and so cheap. Excellent website and generally seem to have the best prices- even when sourcing something not on the standard list – beat all the other quotes I had. LINGO is a fantastic way of keeping in touch, everything in one place. Staff very friendly. I have no complaints at all – why use one of those miserable other leasing companies?
Excellent delivery, excellent service - clean car, on time etc. Showed me all the controls. And fitted mats!!

Got the car with no hassle, with a progress report on the internet either via e-mail or logging onto my details on the Ling website. Ling is great and she does not mess around, straight to the point, what you see is what you get. If you want a no nonsense deal with clear pricing then Ling is the only person you need to contact.
Good delivery, the delivery man took the time to explain the Citroen C2.

I found dealing with Ling and co fun! Service was first class. Any query I had was answered very quickly. The whole thing took 1 month from enquiry to receiving Qashqai. Car is fantastic. Would definitely recommend Ling!

Dealing with LingsCars was a totally different experience, quick answers, every effort made towards customer service, advice, progress updates. Despite poor performance by dealership, would I use Ling again? Most definitely. Already looking at the brochures. Delivery AAAA++.
