This is my 3rd contract hire, first from Ling, and won't be the last. Very, very good. Delivered on time. She kept me updated at every stage. So happy I offered to marry her! Will try again in 2 years. Lol. Excellent delivery, very good, pleased to do business.

Ling gave excellent service from initial enquiry to delivery and post delivery. Her Lingo comms system is excellent and any problems answered fast! I have had many lease cars and her operation was light years ahead of anyone. I have had dealings with her previously and in all respects she is the best value. Average delivery, no contact from them at all.

Would recommend to anyone wanting to lease. Only criticism - you get the model in stock. Don't get to choose colour. Excellent delivery, reliable, on time.
Editor Note: Susan, well, you had one of the very last cars available at this rate so you had to accept what was left. This car replaces a C-Class coupe that you had previously. A Mercedes sportscar for Vauxhall money... Silver with leather seats, that's what most people choose anyway with these cars, so not too much of a pain to have to have the silver car. I've just received my Toyota Corolla Verso and I'm really glad I went to Ling to sort it out for me. I found Ling to be very efficient and made what is quite a dull process into one which ended up as a bit of fun! I would recommend to anyone.
Delivery was good and on time, mats would have been nice.

We came onto the site looking for a Qashqai, but the manner in which you present the cars made it very easy for us to make price comparisons of similar vehicles, hence we spotted the Antara, as possibly being a better car at a cheaper rental. We've now had the car a few months and it has been faultless, we still keep finding new extras that we didn't even know were on it (like the heated seats that are very much appreciated at this time :-) ) that just make us realise what a bargain you have given us..
So far so good, but what people have to realise is that within just weeks from spotting it on your website we had this car sitting on our driveway, and much of the delay being due to our desire to wait to have it delivered on a new reg plate... I'm still waiting on my own company-arranged lease car that I'd just ordered around the same time... so much for the power of the big guys... I'll be looking to you Ling when I next come to renew.
And another comparison for you, in ordering my company vehicle I've had numerous discussions with my lease company... they have the paperwork, they don't have the paperwork, who am I, sorry?... contrast that with Ling's online system... clear visibility of all dialogue, secure delivery/availability of all documentation and I'm yet to suffer any identity theft, so I'm confident that its safe..
In life I tend to be quite cynical of things that sound positive, especially where spending my money is concerned, so to think that we have undertaken what is a major financial commitment to us, based purely on online interaction is testament to the honesty and openness that you presented, Ling and I'm very pleased to say, you never once let us down!
Keep up the good work. We'll be back and are already telling our friends and family to do the same.

Just a short note (adding to the 1,000s already posted online) to say a big, big thank you for delivering our new car to us. The lack of hassle, the speediness of response and the general all round happiness that surrounds you and your team actually makes changing a car fun instead of the horror story it usually is. A lot of “professional” dealerships could learn from you!
At least four different brokers told me that an SLK at the price you delivered was an impossible but clearly you were willing to go the extra mile. Will be back in 24 months to get another plus will be extolling the virtues of leasing from you to anyone who is willing to listen.
Ps. Thank you for the free lunch the Fuku noodles still crack me up every time I look at the packet

I am really enjoying my Tigra, especially in the good weather we were having at the time. This is the second car that I've rented from you and the whole process was completely painless both times. At every stage I was kept fully informed and the car was delivered exactly when I requested; in fact it was early but I couldn't have it as my old lease hadn't expired. It was a refreshing change not to have to deal with the bull shit I've encountered in the past when buying cars. I will be back again in approx 18 months - can't wait.

Hi Ling, I think the website is fantastic. It makes the whole process of leasing a car much more fun and enjoyable. Service is next to none and long may it continue. I am looking forward to another great deal in a year time. PS. The 207 is great, trying hard not to crash it. At 150 bhp it's poky. The supplying dealer forgot the locking wheel nuts but you sorted it pronto.

Overall a very slick hassle-free process. Lingo is a great system and all my queries were answered in ultra-fast time. Car arrived on time, well valeted and as described. Got the colour (black) I wanted despite my local Chevrolet dealer telling me “no black Captivas available in UK for 6 months”!!! Fine, clean car delivered with nothing missing. No dust caps on the number plate screws mean they miss out on an "excellent" rating. I have already recommended Ling.

Pricing was as advertised – very competitive (unlike many other who advertise deals that do not exist). Secure transactions without a crazy amount of paperwork. Highly recommend! Prompt delivery of my Vauxhall Astra Sport Hatch - I would have said excellent if the roof had been cleaned properly.

Editor Note: Aaron, your delivery problem is common on Fiats. They are simply not the best at giving a date and sticking to it, which is frustrating for you and me. Glad you mention this, as it is a slight downfall (often but not always) of having a Fiat or Alfa which other customers may like to note. It was my first time using LINGsCARS and a very easy and efficient service was provided. Emails were responded to very quickly and the few problems will “Lingo” the new admin system were resolved very quickly. I am sure the new system will make everything even easier the next time I order a car from Ling. Good delivery, my Grand Punto was delivered on time by a very pleasant driver.

Great Car - Skoda Octavia Estate – great service and quick responses via the 'Lingo' system. Only gripe is the finance company (London) being very slow. I think you should seriously consider giving your customers some info about the 'vehicle on hire' certificate (VE103B), which is a V5 substitute, to prove your right to use the car (especially overseas)! It took several phone calls and two weeks to get it (and charged me £10 for it)!
Good delivery, did exactly what it said on the tin.
