Car arrived on day of delivery at 8.30am. Would definitely deal with Ling again. We have bought two cars from her, one more on the way. Her emails are very funny. Car arrived promptly. Excellent. We had 2 cars to 2 delivery addresses, both arrived promptly.

Felicity says... Once you have got over the shock of the full on website and found what you wanted Ling is fast, professional, always available, very prompt in replying and her service is personal. Ling makes you feel like you have known her for ages and you are her favourite customer. I would recommend highly and will use again. Lombard are hopeless, I've had the car 2 months, and not paid a penny yet.

Robert says... Dealing with Ling has been a blast. Her service and professionalism has been 100% and I'm glad I held back my initial reservations when I saw her website for the first time. The leasing process was doodle and Ling was very accommodating to my specific needs. She's a star and I thank her very much - but not for the rank sweets - bleurgh. Good delivery, the Focus is a great car, but I had to have a problem fixed in the first week.
