Dealing with LINGsCARS gave me peace of mind from beginning to end, never had a problem, helping me with any concerns I had. I would definitely recommend LINGsCARS, probably using Ling after our existing contract runs out. I was disappointed the car didn't arrive on a trailer.

Editor Note: Di, glad you are happy with my service. We can't have it all ways, re the delivery (Birmingham to Leeds). If cars are trailered then someone has to pay and the cost of the rental goes up. It is cheaper to drive cars because that's what they are built to do. Any miles will be adjusted so you don't pay for them at the end. Apart from that you seem a happy bunny with your new C4 Picasso. Thanks so much for comments :) - Ling

I've been Linged! That is, carried through a first experience of renting a car of my choice by Ling Valentine, and made to feel a special customer. Wonderful to feel confidence in every part of the transaction from first enquiry until the prompt delivery of the car as requested.

The service from the dealer regarding supply of my Citroen C4 Picasso was fine. They seemed to sit on the paperwork for transferring my cherished plate to the car (it was actually the DVLA - Ling) which delayed my car a bit.

Good delivery. My Citroen is lovely, drives smoothly and will be economical on fuel, tax and insurance.

Editor Note: The delay was the DVLA, Jack, not the dealer. However, your C4 Picasso will certainly be economical on road tax as you get that for free! :) You were a superstar customer, and you sent me many videos, from your webcam. At one stage we were chatting via video back and forth, despite you are a bloody "silver" surfer. It was so cool! I'm so pleased you enjoyed the experience, you were lovely to deal with. Editor Note: Richard, I think the dirtyness was the weather, sorry. I do not give my suppliers budget for car washes. However, in your comments you said no one could touch my price. So... I agree it is a shame you had to wash the car, but, you have lots of cash (x 26 payments) in your pocket! I know which I would choose :) I achieve the prices by efficiency and not wasting money, so really on balance, I think you win. Hope you agree. Thanks for being a fantastic customer. Don't be put off or fooled by the funny and busy website. Behind this image is some very honest and sound advice on leasing and the options available.

I found the Citroen C4 Picasso I wanted at a very competitive price and the service, from my personal experience, was exceptional. The whole process was efficient and smooth with good security and quality control. It took just five weeks to complete and my shiny new car was delivered on time as agreed. Thoroughly recommended.

Excellent delivery, everything went to plan, the car was well prepared.

My main thought is to let people have fun - getting a car should be fun! But also, the process needs to be perfectly managed and I try to do that. Sometimes I am let down by suppliers.
