Short-Term cars (3 & 6 months) are just like my normal contract hire cars, but on shorter contracts. You need to have a stronger credit score to rent these, which is why I seperate them from my normal-term cars.

Daily Rental cars are from CarTrawler, a privately owned independent global car rental distributing company. Cars are available from major car-rental companies at very low rates to enable my customers to book direct.

	After literally years spent searching for the best system, I have chosen award-winning CarTrawler technology to provide quality daily car rental service for my customers. These are low cost, fully inclusive car hire deals from the best providers in more than 6,000 locations across the UK and the World.
No Cancellation or amendment fees on any booking up to 28hrs before pickup You pay a small online deposit by Visa or Mastercard, and pay the larger balance amount on collection of your hire car

Rental Conditions

Daily car hire terms and conditions can differ from Car Rental supplier to supplier and vehicle to vehicle, please always consult the specific Rental Conditions relating to your rental quotation.

On the quotation page (Step 2) of my booking process you can find the rental conditions by clicking the "i" icon located to the right of the car.

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
This means your liability for damage caused to the rental vehicle is relinquished if it is involved in a collision. The waiver is limited to a certain amount and often excludes glass (windows etc.), tyres and any towing. The waiver usually carries an excess/deductible of a certain amount; this means that the renter will be liable for a certain amount

Vehicle Theft Waiver
This removes or reduces the renter’s liability for the attempted theft or theft of the rented vehicle. The waiver may carry an excess/deductible amount, which means that the renter will be liable for a certain amount of the value of the vehicle damaged or stolen, for example up to first £2,000 of the damage.

Liability Insurance
Every country has a minimum amount of insurance needed for someone to be permitted to drive. This covers the renter’s liability for any damage caused to other people and/or other people’s property. It is usually limited to a maximum of €1,000,000. The insurance is limited and there may be excess i.e. you may be liable for any amount over and above the value of the insurance.

Premium Location/Airport Fee
These are fees charged at some locations to cover the costs of services in the location.

Road Fund Tax
This is a charge applied by rental companies to cover the cost of vehicle licensing.

Unlimited Mileage
Unlimited mileage is included in the rates. Many other companies charge this for accelerated vehicle depreciation.

Break Down Assist
All the vehicle suppliers have national assistance should the renter require it.

Cancellation Procedure Explained
Renters wishing to cancel their booking must do so on this CANCELLATION website at least 28 hours before the collection of the rental is due. LINGsCARS.com will not accept cancellations by telephone. If the rental is cancelled within the procedure guidelines, CarTrawler will refund all charges (except the non-refundable administration fee) to the credit / debit card number supplied when booking.

Book now and pay on arrival
In most instances, when you book you pay a small deposit for the booking the day of your reservation. You don't have to pay the balance until you get to your destination. This procedure means that you don't have to pay the bulk of the cost immediately leaving you time for the other important preparations of your trip.
