I always ask my customers if they have comments about getting their new car. Really, I am looking for criticisms (so I can improve my service). However, customers like Thomas Whitelaw show that it is hard to generate real criticism. I can only improve if I know if anything is wrong. So, no thanks to Thomas Whitelaw

Thanks Ling, I am made up with my new Lexus IS, after a few hiccups we got there. I chose your company because you told how it was, no hidden charges, totally up front – and for that reason I will see you in 2 years time for my next car. Keep up the good work Ling.
