I always ask my customers if they have comments about getting their new car. Really, I am looking for criticisms (so I can improve my service). However, customers like Anthony Shipley show that it is hard to generate real criticism. I can only improve if I know if anything is wrong. So, no thanks to Anthony Shipley

car Although we had problems with the dealer obtaining the car, Ling made me feel like I was her only customer trying to get the best deal. I would use her over and over again, and recommend to anyone. If all businesses were like Ling, the country wouldn’t be in this mess. Poor delivery on my Mazda 5, due to the dealer.
