Euro 4 came fully into force on 1st January 2007 and now covers most new cars on sale.

Working it out from the tables, the CO2 is just 180g/km for the Volkswagen Beetle Petrol Manual. There are a few cars in this range, so different specs will give slightly different CO2 values. The combined cycle economy for this Volkswagen Beetle is now 37.70mpg, the noise level is 73dB(A) (decibels), the level of nitrogen oxides is 0.031g/km (oxides of Nitrogen react in the atmosphere to form Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2) which can have adverse effects on health, particularly among people with respiratory illness). Hydrocarbons, contribute to ground level Ozone formation leading to risk of damage to the human respiratory system. The HC level for the Volkswagen Beetle is 0.055g/km.

The Volkswagen Beetle falls into the E band overall.

My Volkswagen Beetle 1.6 (102bhp) Luna Hatchback 3dr 1597cc Petrol Manual gearbox is only £251.85 inc VAT per month with 3 months initial payment, followed by 35 payments on direct debit.
