I have 1189 customer letters! This one was sent by Martin Hiles after they had been driving around a few weeks in their new Bmw 3-series Saloon

Car This is the first time we have leased a car and we did a lot of research. Ling was the only person who always answered each query quickly – she always came back to us. No nonsense, friendly manner, unlike some other companies who really didn’t seem to be bothered about the business.

Excellent service – Ling does what she says – no messing about, and that gave us confidence in the deal. If we lease again I can’t imagine I would bother to go anywhere else as the service with Ling is so good. Excellent delivery – the BMW 3-Series saloon arrived after 12, when we had been told it would be early morning, but that’s still OK. The delivery man was very thorough.

Editor Note: Martin, thanks for such a nice letter. I think the least I can do is reply to questions promptly, it amazes me other companies don’t do this. The delivery – well… it is so hard to promise an exact time, but the supplier said the traffic was terrible etc, etc. As the delivery is free, I can’t shout at them too much. Glad you are so pleased with the 3 series, great cars and you got a cheap price! – Ling
